2. Service Description

Revenue Wrapped is a free service that allows you to visualize and share your Stripe revenue data through beautiful heatmaps and analytics.

3. Advertising Services

We offer advertising placements on our homepage for a monthly subscription fee of $25 USD. Once you subscribe to our advertising service, the following terms apply:

• Your advertisement will be displayed on the Revenue Wrapped homepage
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation will stop future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period

4. NO REFUNDS POLICY

Due to the nature of our digital advertising service, once your payment is processed and your advertisement goes live, all sales are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

• Partial refunds for unused subscription time
• Refunds due to change of mind or business decisions
• Refunds for performance expectations not met
• Refunds for technical issues on your end
• Any other reason whatsoever

By subscribing to our service, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.

5. Data and Privacy

Revenue Wrapped connects to your Stripe account to retrieve revenue data. We only access the data necessary to provide our service. Your data is stored securely and never shared with third parties except as required by law.

6. Disclaimer

Revenue Wrapped is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

Revenue Wrapped shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for advertising services in the past 12 months.

8. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Ensuring your Stripe connection remains active
• Providing accurate information for advertising services
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Revenue Wrapped at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms. Such termination does not entitle you to any refund.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
